The trickster is the one who is changing the plans. The trickster is listening, using interruptions, is observing, imagining and reflecting. Somebody doing something strange. Producing an interruption by making jokes, breaking the rules, being very critical and breaking the seriousness. A trickster itself is like a Störung. But it is also performative and questioning hierarchy and taking the responsibility to question these hierarchies. Wichtig ist dabei die Rolle des Humors. Trickster sind Figuren des Dritten. The trickster is a roll, which would be needed in the educational process. Imagine the teacher as a trickster. And also in Art, it is a very useful trick: this unpredictable character challenges the status quo and can cause unexpected events in the evolution of the narrative; the trickster highlights the frameworks of meaning by generating disruption, using mischief and humor.
